Job Description:
Performs guest safety and recreational work supervising, swimming, and enforcing regulations at a hotel pool as well as providing for the guest’s comfort. An essential responsibility of this role includes ensuring cleanliness, setting -up and safety of all areas and facilities and attend to all guests needs within the hotel pool area as per the safety guidelines of the hotel management

Responsibilities:
Observes and patrols pool and enforces safety regulations.
Greets all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, help with seating, and delivering consistent guest service, exceeding guest expectations, and providing all other supporting services.
Knowledgeable of hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries.
Willing to take ownership of all guest requests and complaints, try to resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guests satisfaction.
Ensures the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place, when setting up in the morning.
Knowledge of swimming pool equipment sufficient to be able to perform minor maintenance work on the equipment.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, towels, replacing flags, and cleaning signs.
Works closely with other departments that are essential to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Descripción del trabajo:
Encargado de proporcionarle seguridad al huésped y chequear que las regulaciones del hotel se estén cumpliendo mientras le ofrece un servicio de calidad al huésped. Unas de las responsabilidades es asegurarse que las áreas de la piscina estén limpias, acomodar y organizar las sillas y mesas del área y seguir los lineamientos de seguridad el hotel.

Responsabilidades:
Observar y chequear que las regulaciones se cumplan.
Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes a su llegada, proporcionarles toallas, ofrecerles asistencia en lo que necesiten para así lograr y superar el servicio al cliente.
Tener conocimiento de las áreas del hotel para así darle una mejor explicación al huésped a la hora de surgir una pregunta relacionada con el hotel.
Dispuesto a hacerse cargo al momento de que ocurra un problema y tratar de solucionarlo
Asegurarse que el área de la piscina este limpia y que todas las sillas estén colocadas correctamente.
Poseer conocimiento de los equipos de mantenimiento de la piscina para así poder utilizarlos.
Responsable de la limpieza de las áreas de la piscina, de organizar y recoger las sillas, de proporcionarles toallas limpias al huésped, de sacar la basura, etc
